August 1, 2023 Re: New Member Fee/Annual Assessment for Louisianne Property Owners Association Dear Member, On behalf of all the members of our neighborhood, I would like to welcome you to our community. As property owners in Louisianne, you are automatically members of the property owners association. There is a one-time fee of $150.00 for new owners which is due upon the transfer of the property to you. It will be appreciated if you will mail a check made payable to the LPOA at P.O. Box 15375, Monroe, LA 71207 upon your receipt of this letter. Our board of directors set the annual assessment at $650.00 if paid annually and $175.00 if paid quarterly, which is due each year. The assessment is used to maintain our common areas in Louisianne. You will receive notice regarding the assessment via our fourth quarter newsletter or email in December.
